Custom learning offerings are the flagship learning product here at MyTechFuel.

The modern workforce can’t afford to pull staff out of office for full weeks or even just days. We offer a combination of learning formats with flexible scheduling to accommodate a global and diverse workforce.

Most adult learners also do not learn well from a “drink from the firehose” intense flood of information.

We work closely with clients to formulate unique learning processes facilitating balanced and accessible learning experiences.  Our trainings focus on being interactive, self-paced, hands-on, and mimic real life work behaviors.  This allows learners to immediately apply and benefit from their skills.

Even after class starts, customization is a key component in every My Tech Fuel class. As the trainer garners participant expectations, assesses competency levels, and prioritizes learning outcomes. Every class becomes a unique learning experience based on the participants’ learning objectives. By the end of class, participants have knowledge on which to frame new skills that they have practiced and are ready to apply in the workplace.
